Replayfy is session replay for online stores, built and run by Appify Commerce.

Who runs it

Appify Commerce is an Ahmedabad-based partnership firm that builds apps for e-commerce stores. Replayfy is one of its products; you can see the others at appifycommerce.com.

Why it exists

Session replay shows you what a visitor actually did — the button they clicked five times, the error that stopped them buying. It also has a deserved reputation for capturing more than anyone intended. Replayfy is built the other way round: what visitors type into form fields is masked in their browser before anything is sent, Shopify checkout pages are never recorded, there are no cookies, and IP addresses are never stored.

It is priced by recorded sessions rather than pageviews, and it never moves you to a bigger plan or bills an overage. Replayfy went live at replayfy.com in August 2026.

What it costs

Free for up to 2,000 sessions a month — no card and no trial clock. Paid plans start at $9 a month, or ₹499 a month incl. GST for customers in India. See every plan.
