Watch a real Replayfy replay
A shopper on a demo shop hits a link that does nothing, a JavaScript error and a button that needs clicking twice, types into two fields and heads for checkout. It was recorded by the Replayfy tracker and plays here in the same player the dashboard uses. The shop and the visit are ours and scripted, so no real shopper was recorded.
The whole 66-second visit is about 12 KB gzipped. Replayfy records changes to the page, not video, so the replay stays sharp at any size.
What you're looking at
Typing is masked in the browser
The shopper typed an email address and a discount code. Watch those fields: the recording holds one asterisk for each character typed, because what a shopper types into a field is masked in their browser. The characters themselves never leave it.
The broken moments are found for you
The Size guide link did nothing, so it is a dead click. The first Add to cart threw a TypeError and changed nothing on the page, so it is a dead click too, with the error right after it. The shopper then clicked again, fast: a rage click. Each one is a row in the list, and a click takes you there.
It stops at checkout
The visit ends where the shopper reaches the checkout at /checkouts/…. The recorder stops on Shopify's checkout and on any page whose path has a /checkout or /checkouts segment, so nothing on that page is recorded.
