Nothing is shipped

Replayfy is a hosted online service. There is no physical product, no download, and no delivery address. This page exists because payment processors ask for one, and an honest answer is better than a missing page.

When you get access

Free plan: immediately on confirming your email address. No card, and no waiting.
Paid plan: as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within seconds of completing checkout. Your new session quota and retention window apply to recordings from that moment.
If a payment confirms but your plan does not update: it normally resolves on its own within a few minutes — our processor notifies us separately from the checkout window, and that notification is the authoritative one. If it has not, email support@appifycommerce.com with the payment ID and we will apply the payment or refund it.

Where the service runs

On Cloudflare's global network. Replayfy is reachable anywhere with an internet connection, and it records sites hosted anywhere. See our sub-processor list for where data is stored and who can touch it.

Getting started

Installation is one script tag. The install guide covers it, along with the Content-Security-Policy directives most sites need. Your first recording usually appears within a minute of someone visiting.
