Replayfy is a hosted online service. There is no physical product, no download, and no delivery address. This page exists because payment processors ask for one, and an honest answer is better than a missing page.

When you get access

Free plan: immediately on confirming your email address. No card, and no waiting.
Paid plan: as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within seconds of completing checkout. Your new session quota and retention window apply to recordings from that moment.
If a payment confirms but your plan does not update: it will resolve on its own — our processor notifies us separately from the checkout window, and that notification is the authoritative one. If it has not corrected itself within a few minutes, email us.

Where the service runs

On Cloudflare's global network. Replayfy is reachable anywhere with an internet connection, and it records sites hosted anywhere. See our sub-processor list for where data is stored and who can touch it.

Getting started

Installation is one script tag. The install guide covers it, along with the Content-Security-Policy directives most sites need. Your first recording usually appears within a minute of someone visiting.
