Billing and refunds: email support@appifycommerce.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. You do not need to email us to cancel — do it from the Billing screen in your account. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.

Grievances (India)
If you have a complaint about Replayfy, or about how we handle your data, email support@appifycommerce.com with "Grievance" in the subject. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
