Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Replayfy, operated by AppifyCommerce. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your teammates do. Keep your credentials to yourself and turn on two-factor authentication — it is free and it is the single most effective thing you can do here.
2. Recording your visitors — your obligations
This is the part that actually matters, so it is not buried:
- You must have a lawful basis for recording your visitors, and where consent is required in your jurisdiction, you must obtain it before recording starts. Our consent mode exists for this and records nothing until your banner permits it.
- You must disclose the recording in your own privacy policy, including that a processor is involved.
- You must be able to demonstrate that consent was obtained, keep that evidence for as long as it has evidential value, and be able to show us how your consent mechanism works if we ask.
- You must not deliberately configure the service to capture payment card details, government identifiers, health information or credentials. We mask input values by default; disabling protections to capture such data is a breach of these terms.
- You must action data-subject requests relating to your visitors. The tools to do so are in the dashboard.
3. Billing
- Plans are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually.
- Indian customers are billed monthly in rupees. Annual billing is available in US dollars only, because an Indian auto-debit mandate cannot take more than ₹15,000 per charge without an additional one-time password at every renewal.
- We never move you to a different plan on your own behalf, and there is no overage charge. Reaching your session limit stops new recordings being stored; it does not create a bill.
- You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Cancel from the billing screen at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the current period and no further charge is taken. If you were charged in error, or a payment went out after you cancelled, write to billing@appifycommerce.com and we will refund it to the original payment method, normally within five working days. Annual plans may be refunded pro rata within 14 days of the charge.
5. Service delivery
Replayfy is a hosted online service. There is nothing to ship: access is provisioned to your account immediately on sign-up, and a paid plan takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and will tell you about planned maintenance, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. If the recorder cannot reach us, it discards data rather than queueing it indefinitely on your visitors' devices.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Replayfy to record a site you do not operate, to conduct surveillance of individuals, or to circumvent someone else's privacy controls. We will terminate accounts doing any of these.
8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We delete your recordings within 30 days of closure. We may suspend an account for non-payment or a breach of section 7, and will tell you why.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We will email account owners at least 30 days before any change that materially reduces what you get. See also our privacy policy and data processing addendum.
